Rev Ops Team Analysis.
This is a team that has completely transformed in the past 15 months.
Prior to 2023, Rev Ops at Notion was essentially a mix of the following skills, including a 12 stint tenure for an ex-Reddit & ex-Twitter VP of Revenue Strategy, a tenure that concluded in late 2022 shortly before the new CRO took over.

- (1) Billing Operations Analyst
- (2) Sales Strategy Managers
Fast forward to April 2024, and the group is 20 people strong. It all started with the appointment of their new Chief Revenue Officer in March 2023, the former Head of Rev Ops & CRO at GitHub. This org has been built one hire at a time since her joining:
- Head of Sales Strategy
- Head of CX Strategy & Ops
- Head of Deal Desk
